The Monterey bay aquarium is somewhere I’ve wanted to go too for years and I must admit that it’s pretty impressive. My only complaint was the number of people there. It’s hard to really get a feel for the place when you feel like you’re being shuffled through like sheep. The town of Monterey its self is quite the tourist trap with little shops and restaurants everywhere. All in all it was worth the price of admission($30) but I would suggest going during the off season.
